Yeah I can split if anyone is interested but I thought it would be easier on the old heart if they were snatched away in one swoop.

You are right, but it's a great way to start a nice collection. I've put some individual prices on now. I'm moving house in 5 weeks and it only has a single garage so not really gonna have the room any more.

You sound like me, I've only got one garage and a car and 16 bikes....... But I just couldn't.

Never mind it'll be better to keep them with the forum world as oppose to selling them on ebay.

[facepalm] So far away. Sorry to see you have to make such a sacrifice.  Would be nice to see them stay together as a lot.  [thumb]

I know I'm making a mistake in selling them and I'll probably regret it in the future. We've just bought our perfect family home and something has got to give, I've got about 4-5 weeks before we move and there will be no where for them to go. I am keeping my 20" Zaskar and the Saracen Kili Team I bought new in 97 so I won't be going cold turkey.

There is a bit of a sad story to this one. A couple of years ago Decided to spruce it up, a few new parts and a colour change [facepalm]. This was before I knew any of this bike restoring/enthusiasm went on. I just threw original wheels, stem, Judys etc away[facepalm]

I'd have to say it has been the best bike I've ever had. I bought when I worked in my local bike shop as a teenager, it was green to start with. I went to the G Mex in Manchester to a trade show in 96 and there was a pre production model and I had to have one. I traded all the LX and STX RC for XT. For a couple of years there Saracen kicked arse, I even passed on a Zaskar for a STEEL Saracen, I glad I did though. I've found that Zaskars are very flexy and that just dosn't suit me, I prefer a stiff frame. Why don't they make high end steel frames any more?
